With purchase of the ticket / ticket-voucher the general terms and conditions are accepted.
Refunds: Tickets / ticket-vouchers are not refundable.
Exchanges: Tickets / ticket-vouchers are not exchangeable.
Lost or stolen tickets / ticket-vouchers cannot be replaced or reissued.
Program, cast, venue, date and / or time are subject to alteration and do not entitle the ticket holder to refunds or exchanges.
In case of entire cancellation of the event, tickets / ticket-vouchers will be refunded at the place of original purchase (please check the possible period for refunding with your original sales point).
Additional expenses of the ticket owner (such as hotel, travel etc.) are not refunded.
Open-air-performances will also take place in bad weather conditions, but the starting time may be delayed and unexpected interruptions may occur.
In extreme weather conditions the performance may be cancelled. Please check the status prior to the concert.
If the performance has to be cut short due to extreme weather conditions but has already run for 40 minutes or until the interval no refunds will be paid.
Student tickets: Pupils and students may purchase tickets at a reduced price.
The student-ID-card needs to be shown when exchanging the voucher and at the venue entrance as well as during the venue upon request.
Age: Children from the age of 6 are given access to all concerts if accompanied by an adult. At special children’s concerts the starting age is 3, again accompanied by an adult.
Admission to the performance is at the risk of the ticket holder at all times.
On leaving the venue the ticket loses its validity.
Performances with allocated seating:
Seats are allocated by the ADC management and cannot be chosen by the ticket holder.
THE ADC management tries to ensure that parents are seated together with their children.
For this reason the parent-child-relationship has to be pointed out very clearly at time of purchase.
Performances with free choice of seating:
Seats within the allocated category can be chosen on entering the venue.
Ticket holders cannot claim a specific seat.
Mobile phones and all other electronic devices must be switched off on entering the venue and must remain so during the performance.
Recordings of all kinds (sound / photo / film / video, etc. ) – even for private use – are prohibited throughout the performance.
Food and / or beverages are not allowed at the venues.
The doors open at different times depending on the artist’s schedule, but they generally open between 30 and 60 minutes prior to starting time. The printed “doors opening times” are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Latecomers must wait for admission and will be instructed by the ADC personal. The will be guided in between movements or pieces and may be seated other than on their allocation so as not to disturb the performance.
Guests are requested not to leave the venue during the performance.
Dress code: National dress or black tie. Smart and casual only at children’s concerts and open-air concerts. (For open-air performances please consider warm clothes.)
Broadcasting: The performance may be recorded for broadcasting on radio, TV and / or film. The ticket holder agrees to such reproduction including his / her person.
Personal data relating to ticket customers will be collected by ADC but will be used only for information purposes (newsletters, notifications of changes, etc.). Personal data will be treated confidentially and will not be passed on to third parties.
Resale of tickets is strictly prohibited
Court of jurisdiction and place of fulfillment is Abu Dhabi.
