The Magic of the Violin - Anne-Sophie Mutter (C 10)
German superstar violinist Anne-Sophie Mutter has been collecting superlatives for her technical perfection, burnished tone and emotional depth from critics and audiences all over the world since conductor Herbert von Karajan discovered her as a 14-year-old prodigy some three decades ago. With her distinguished chamber-music partners, pianist Lambert Orkis and cellist Daniel Müller-Schott, Mutter presents three magnificent piano trios from the 18th, 19th and 20th centuries.
